Secret Editor(이하 “서비스”)는 이용자의 개인정보와 사진을 소중히 다룹니다. 운영자는 개인정보나 사진을 악용하거나 판매하지 않으며, 편집 기능 제공에 필요하지 않은 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.

1. 처리하는 정보와 처리 목적

사진 편집과 GIF 만들기는 이용자의 브라우저에서 이루어집니다. 선택한 사진 파일은 서비스 서버로 업로드되지 않으며, 운영자는 사진 내용이나 사진의 메타데이터를 수집하지 않습니다. 사진은 작업 화면이 열려 있는 동안 브라우저 메모리에서 사용되고, 편집 결과와 GIF 파일도 브라우저에서 생성되어 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.

서비스는 선택한 언어를 기억하기 위해 브라우저의 로컬 저장소에 secret-editor-language 값을 저장합니다. 이 값은 언어 설정에만 사용하며 사진이나 계정 정보는 저장하지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 사이트 저장 데이터를 지우면 삭제할 수 있습니다.

문의 페이지에서 이메일 주소, 제목, 문의 내용 및 선택한 JPG/PNG 파일을 입력할 수 있습니다. 문의 작성 정보는 브라우저에서 기본 이메일 앱의 새 메시지로 전달되며, 사용자가 내용을 확인하고 직접 발송하기 전까지 서비스 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 첨부 파일은 사용자가 이메일 앱에서 직접 첨부해야 합니다. 발송된 정보와 첨부 파일은 이메일 제공업체와 수신자 메일함에서 처리·보관될 수 있으며, 답변 및 문의 대응 목적으로만 이용됩니다.

2. 서버와 제3자 서비스

서비스는 Cloudflare Pages를 통해 제공될 예정입니다. 페이지 요청 과정에서 호스팅 제공자가 서비스 제공, 보안 및 장애 대응을 위해 IP 주소, 요청 경로, 브라우저 정보 등 접속 기술정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 구체적인 처리 내역은 실제 배포 설정과 제공자의 정책을 확인해 갱신합니다. Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침

현재 화면 글꼴을 불러오기 위해 Google Fonts를 사용합니다. 브라우저가 글꼴 파일을 요청할 때 Google에 IP 주소 및 브라우저 요청 정보가 전달될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google이 파트너 사이트에서 정보를 사용하는 방법을 확인해 주세요.

3. 쿠키와 광고

현재 서비스는 자체 광고, Google AdSense, 광고용 쿠키 또는 분석 도구를 설치하지 않습니다. 언어 설정은 쿠키가 아닌 로컬 저장소에 보관됩니다.

향후 Google AdSense를 도입하면 Google 및 제3자 광고 제공업체가 광고 제공·측정, 부정행위 방지, 설정에 따른 맞춤 광고를 위해 쿠키, 웹 비콘, IP 주소 또는 유사 식별자를 사용하거나 읽을 수 있습니다. 광고를 활성화하기 전에 실제 광고 제공업체와 데이터 처리 내용을 이 방침에 반영하고, 적용되는 법령 및 Google의 동의 요건에 맞는 안내·동의 절차를 마련하겠습니다. 이용자는 Google 광고 설정에서 맞춤 광고 설정을 관리할 수 있고, AboutAds 선택 도구에서 일부 제3자 광고 쿠키 설정을 관리할 수 있습니다. 4. 보관 기간과 이용자 권리

서비스는 사진을 서버에 저장하지 않으므로 사진 보관 기간을 별도로 두지 않습니다. 브라우저 메모리의 사진과 편집 상태는 페이지를 닫으면 사라집니다. 언어 설정값은 이용자가 브라우저 저장 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 남습니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 해당 값을 언제든지 삭제할 수 있습니다.

이용자는 관련 법령에 따라 운영자가 보유한 본인 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 문의처로 요청해 주세요. 현재 서비스는 사진을 서버에 보관하지 않으며, 호스팅 제공자의 접속 기술정보에 관한 요청은 해당 제공자의 정책과 절차가 적용될 수 있습니다.

Secret Editor (the “Service”) respects your privacy and photos. The operator does not misuse or sell personal information or photos, and does not use them for purposes unrelated to providing the editing features.

1. Information and purposes

Photo editing and GIF creation run in your browser. Selected photo files are not uploaded to the Service’s application server, and the operator does not collect photo contents or photo metadata. Photos are used in browser memory while a workspace is open. Edited images and GIFs are created in the browser and saved to your device.

The Service stores secret-editor-language in your browser’s local storage to remember your language choice. It is used only for that preference and does not contain photos or account information. You can remove it by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser.

The contact page lets you enter your email address, subject, message, and optionally select a JPG/PNG file. The text is passed to your default email application to compose a message; it is not transmitted to the Service’s server before you review and send it yourself. You must attach the image separately in your email application. Once sent, the email provider and recipient mailbox may process and retain the information and attachment for responding to your inquiry.

2. Hosting and third-party services

The Service is planned to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. During page requests, the hosting provider may process technical connection information such as IP address, requested path, and browser information to deliver and secure the Service and diagnose failures. The site currently uses Google Fonts. When your browser requests font files, Google may receive your IP address and browser request information. See How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

3. Cookies and advertising

The Service does not currently run its own ads, Google AdSense, advertising cookies, or analytics tools. The language preference is stored in local storage, not a cookie.

If Google AdSense is added in the future, Google and third-party ad providers may use or read cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and personalize ads depending on settings. Before ads are enabled, this policy will be updated to reflect the actual providers and data practices, and applicable legal and Google consent requirements will be addressed. 4. Retention and your choices

The Service does not store photos on its application server, so it does not set a separate server retention period for them. Photos and editing state in browser memory are cleared when you close the page. The language preference remains until you clear the site’s stored data, which you can do in your browser settings.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of personal information held by the operator, as allowed by applicable law, using the contact below. The Service does not store photos on its application server; requests about technical connection information held by the host may be subject to that provider's policies and process.
